Comments:
Extremely biased in favor of Plaintiffs, especially the banks. Welsh violated my constitutional and statutory rights, precluded evidence and testimony at trial, granted summary judgment sua sponte to the Plaintiff even though they never served me, set an appeal bond contrary to law (she assumed and decided the fair rental value absent evidence of its value in violation of the law), she is ignorant of the law (she admitted she did not know the law at most allowed 3 months damages in a UD case), and deprived me of my property without Due Process. Very impatient, impolite, and a horrible judicial temperment. She berated my lawyer for being 6 minutes late and was going to force me to proceed pro se. It was like an episode of Mean Girls. Her rulings were contrary to US Supreme Court and VA Supreme Court authority. I have had to spend over $5,2oo on appeal bond and costs, plus legal fees and costs to appeal her erroneous rulings. Plus, I was a former client of hers when she was in private practice. I believe ethical rules may have precluded her from presiding over my case and ruling against me.
