king county notoriously corrupt and biased against fathers especially immigrants.
This is super known. It's an old "white boys club" where they cover for one another abuses and have been for decades! This is where racism is all good and well!

If you are a father seeking justice in Seattle during divorce, and happen to be an immigrant or man of color you can "forget about it"! especially if you get cocky dishonorable O'Donnell. with this "hater in chief" king county racists are running the show in family court!

this bloodsucker ruled against me knowing nothing about me or my case.
He blamed me for things that no sensible human or a jury of peers would!

look at his smirky smile... his immoral face says it all!

Ppl of Seattle MUST vote this leech out of the family "no law system" as everyday average families continue to hurt daily under his presence!

Let's raise up, be heard, write complaints, stand up for our rights!

Very arrogant, authoritarian (to the point of being tyrannical), rigid, does not care about the evidence or exhibits or witness testimonies (certainly, not those that don't fit into his apparently predetermined desired narratives and outcomes). While family courts are notoriously [redacted] and discriminatory to fathers and [redacted]. Family law settings, arrogant, high opinion of himself, and doesn't think he has ever made a mistake. Judge O'Donnell is gaolable, likes to read made up stories and does not look at the exhibits and evidence at hand. Judge O'Donnell does not follow WAC or RCW. He bases his decisions on his male chauvinist and extreme liberal political views. Does not care about protecting the children involved in the case.

I have seen this judge in family law settings only. As a former prosecutor, he suffers from an apparently consistent high opinion of himself, and doesn't think he has ever made a mistake. He will do his own research, and if there is a conflict between the cases brought to him by an attorney, and what he found, he doesn't even hesitate to say his is a better case, even if it really isn't as on point as he thinks.

In family law, sometimes the parties need to be pushed to reach a settlement before trial, and sometimes that means allowing them some time in a continuance. I find this judge to be very inflexible in this area. To paraphrase, it is my courtroom, and I determine the schedule of trials, and I don't care what you say, we will go to trial when I say we will, and I don't really care if you have a valid reason for a continuance. That is harsh, but he seems to have adopted that position. I understand why it is necessary at times. but there are legitimate reasons for a continuance, and he hasn't seen a reason he likes. Not the best use of judicial resources, and it makes life tough for attorneys who are trying to get their clients to a resolution. Better to say you get your continuance for a short while, but don't ask me again.
