Poor representation, not an honorable upstanding person in the community whom the community can trust to make equitable and fair decisions regarding their welfare and give respectful treatment to both parties.

This man should have been disbarred a long time ago and removed from the bench as a judge. He takes kids away from the mothers, because the father lives on welfare and can be home every day without daycare. He allows admitted drug users to avoid drug testing because the other parent was the defendant, so according to Poyfair, "had no reason to request drug testing". He ignored his own discovery of purjery by the father and awarded custody to him. When the attorney for the state (because the father was on welfare) objected to not only Poyfair, but the father's attorney, Poyfair told the State attorney to "sit down and mind his own business". 12 years later, with a 19 year old son, getting into trouble and following in his dads footsteps, where is Judge Poyfair to face what he created? This man is worthless

He needs to be investigated on the fairness of the way he handles his cases. From my experience with him he is very much against females, mothers in particular. Even with evidence proving what the mother said was true he still went for the father who is a pathological liar.The mother lost her kids to the dad and has to pay morfe child support each month than she makes.

Judge Poyfair has done nothing for me and my kids, instead he believes families should be together for ever, even if that means that the kids dads are drug addicts, alcoholics, or abusive, he is bias towards women. He doesn't care about hearing what women say, he judges all women as if they were bad.

i dont like judge poyfair! he has taken my children from me, witch whom i have raised since birth for 7 yrs with little to no involvement from ex husband, now i am not allowed to even have communication or contact them. he has taken most of my income and sometimes all and given it to my ex husband, and he makes plenty to live off of. he wont give me anytime to explain or prove myself, he is fining me every time i go to court, this last time it was because i don't make enough to pay what my ex wants for child support he fined me, and he has fined me several times for court dates he has called, any time my ex asks for something in court mr poyfair gives it to him. he took my car, my kids and my money. if it wasn't for amazing friends i would be homeless, and mr poyfair is to blame!!!

There was no immediate and irreparable injury, loss, or damage will result to my children and there was no efforts have been made to give me notice. Judge Edwin L. Poyfair disregarded the best of my children and violated my due process rights by issued an Ex Parte Restraining Order to remove my children from their home since birth and original registered school since kindergarten in September 8, 2008.

A wonderful judge who tries very hard to be even tempered, fair, and look out for children. He does not play favorites. He works very hard to be aware of the issues, as well as the law. He is an asset to Clark County, Washington!

He gave my abusive husband my son. After he admitted to beating me in court that doesn't matter he says. How can this man be on the bench?
