This judge tends to lean on guilty till proven innocent. There is a Family Law case that he has ignored proof and went out of his way to demand the return of children into an abusive and violent home with their mother. Knowing about the person I told him had history of violence domestic and to children he seemed to ignore the facts. Even after Child Protective Services talked to my kids alone and told them the abuse and neglect they went through, he still ignores the facts of this case. He shouldn't be a judge. He has no understanding of child protection laws or family law itself.BEWARE OF THIS JUDGE AT ALL COSTS! ! ! He will not hear you out or adhere to sound proof. I have to do anything necessary to protect my kids for people like him...

A most amiable judge with a patient, friendly, cheerful disposition most of the time. Judge Sullivan has an earnest desire to obtain the right outcome, but, unfortunately, tends to be wrong on the law a lot. Attorneys will need to go to great pains to educate this judge, and even then, don't expect him to get it right. He does tend to have good instincts, however.
