Absolutely biased and incompetent judge. Sees only the part of the statements in the declarations that lies in the direction of her ruling and just ignores the other part of the same sentence that contradicts.

Comments:
The judge was one sided, and it is apparent that her decision was made based almost immediately on her own impulsive (possibly racist) opinions of my ex and I. I saw a reduction of my visitation based on arbitrary lies. It was obvious that she didn't want to even be there from the start. Furthermore, she never took any actual facts into account. In fact, misinterpreted events, got dates completely wrong, and took testimonies that were overt and obvious lies as fact. I doubt she even read the declarations at all. The parenting plan I got was lazily tossed together. She said she thought I was guilty of DV with zero evidence, and wants me to get a substance abuse eval. When in reality, my ex beat me and even admitted to doing so in deposition! She also smokes drugs in front of my son! But she found me at fault....

This was the biggest misery in my life, and I am a non-violent feminist. There was no equality, just obvious mistreatment of me for being born male. Please, have your attorney ask for another judge. She cannot follow simple facts.

Summary of Sentencing: Krese said she had no right having an opinion about sentencing considering she knew nothing about the case, and that she was going to follow the prosecutors suggestion only because of this. she then went on to clearly state her opinion that the prosecutor was being to easy on the defendant, she also belittled the defendant, and then said she'd like to see the defendant rotting in jail for a very long time... and threatened to see to this should they mess up during their probationary period; despite her lack of any knowledge about the defendant or the case. In my opinion, this is not how anyone entitled "honorable" anything should behave: nor is this how criminal's should be treated (if they should even be called that? they are after all just products of their environments).

Civil Litigation - Private

Comments:
I had an interesting civil case in front of Judge Krese. During the trial I was quite concerned as some of her rulings were odd. However, her memorandum decision was extremely well reasoned and I was quite frankly impressed. This is from an old ware horse that has been litigating for over 40 years. We are taking a legal issue up on appeal which she candidly and I thought appropriately thought was difficult.

Judge Kriese is very fair and read between the lines. She awarded me full custody of my daughter and I am her father. As you may or may not know, that is very rare.
