The legal system in this country was at one time something everyone could be proud of, because of the right to go to trial and argue your case and then expect to get a fair judgement. This judge is a disgrace, not only to the County of Snohomish, but to the legal system of this country. He is completely biased, and he and judges like him are the reason why the legal system has lost so much respect in this country. The fact that this man is on the bench is a disgrace. He has absolutely no commitment to doing what is right, but instead takes what he thinks will be the path of least resistance for the sake of expediency. I hope that this man never tries a case where a man's life hangs in the balance, because he could never be trusted to make the right decision.

I feel that I can be unbiased, as this judge has not yet made the ruling in my matter. Win or lose, he is horrible. I'm afraid that my defendant client will prevail in the the plaintiff's motion, and that we'll get reversed on appeal. A waste of $10,000 for the appeal.

A once brilliant legal mind who now reminds me of the old commercial: "this is your brain, and this is your brain on drugs."

My lawyer laughed when I called him Judge Whinney. Charlie Sheen, you're a Winner. Judge Whinney, you're a Whiner. Whiners and winners don't mix. Please retire.

No wonder all the comments about this judge are bad. This judge is bad. Fourtunately mandatory retirement has him in its sights.

I can't believe they still roll him out from time to time. Just remind him to put a "2" as the first digit of the year!

A good reason for mandatory retirement of judges at 75 years old.

Judge Wynne has been on the bench too long. He is going through the motions; plays favorites and should retire.

I was impressed with last week's Everett Herald story where they documented Karen Halverson's stating that Judge Wynne was in an attorney's "hip pocket." They also allege Judge Wynne has an "appearance of bias and prejudice." Another article cites a "wink and nod" arrangement between an attorney and this Judge. Welcome to Snohomish County. Any wonder why Snohomish County has a reputation on par with Tacoma (Pierce County) in the legal community.

This week's article in the Everett Herald was good about Judge Wynne. He is unfair, and shows a bias to certain groups. Sure its great if you're not one of those groups, but if he doesn't like your group, you don't stand a chance.

Glad I came across this website after an unfortunate experience with this judge. I'm glad that a criminal defense lawyer agrees with me. Time has moved on, judge Wynne has not.

I'm an out of county (one county south) attorney. For years our firm sent young associates up north to Snohomish County to learn to argue motions on smaller matters. Never again. This judge was biased in favor of a local attorney. I spoke to a couple local attorneys who just smiled when I discretely inquired. One local attorney volunteered that times have passed this Judge by. I second that: retirement is in order.
