Very good, compassionate, firm, fair, I've been in front of him as a defendant, a victim and the parent of a juvenile defendant and he's always been extremely fair, even when I disagreed with his rulings or sentencing, I still understood the reasoning behind his decisions

He sucks. I had to plead guilty to something I didn't do. Never in trouble in my life and I had a 250,000 for following a child down a half block that assaulted my kids more than once. Now I'm a felon and homeless

This judge is beyond biased and prejudicial. I hope no one who is low income or up against an attorney he favors ever finds themselves in his court. He will decided your fate without even allowing you a chance to speak on your behalf. This man is down right unethical and should not be sitting behind a bench deciding the lives of others. But instead behind bars for the intentional harm he has brought on individuals seeking justice. As long as Judge Michael Price hold a position as Judge, there is no justice in Spokane, Was.

Judge Micheal Price had fraudulent emancipation court papers presented to him regarding our child. He quickly realized this was an attempt to top commit fraud on fraud the Court by Wayne Janke and Doris Strand.
Judge Price sanctioned, and fined Wayne Janke and Doris Strand.
Please see the parent case listed on the Robing Room for Judge Maryann Moreno where fraud and collusion are an acceptable norm.
I cannot speak for all of Judge Price's court cases but my hat is off to him on our case.
Judge Micheal Price, you have actually restored my belief that the courts can do the right thing.

Very biased. Anti veteran, anti gun ownership , favors certain lawyers over others. Takes sides right from the beginning. Talks down to people for no apparent reason. Went against US federal law concerning the division of VA disability. Favoritism from the start. Beware you will not get fair treatment.
