this "judge" has so little understanding of the law she governs that she admitted the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction yet she will not do anything about the void order because the court MAY at some point in the future beable to overcome the jurisdictional issue by getting the court with jurisdiction to one day agree to give up said jurisdiction, even though at this point in time they refuse to even agree WA is allowed to have any jurisdiction!!!!

Judge Casey is very smart. She has the skills and intellect to be a great judge. I think that she has spent too much time on the bench. She is short tempered and rude. Does not take time listen to arguments and will often find a "solution" that no one was arguing for and which were never among the legal options. She has a huge soft spot for moms in family law cases. I've seen her get choked up when a mom is on the stand testifying (credibly or not). She's just bad.

This judge not paying attention to the facts or that my spouse got caught lying in every court appearance she's ever showed up for, has devastated two peoples lives. I saw this judge use her own personal vendettas come out in this court room. Now its been a couple months and every time my son is home on a short visit my former spouse consistantly wants more money, every other word in a text mess is about money. She uses our son to attempt to control me and all the freedoms I fought for and almost died for have been stripped from me. Our son has now become extremely angry and even mimics the former spouses violent episodes with other children. He's scared and afraid all the time, rarely smiles anymore. He talks about how the former spouse told him shell hit him if he does this or that, he claims how she does nothing but bad mouth me, tells us how the former spouse dances around in front of him naked and that he's seen them have sexual intercourse by describing what their doin.
Our son is unhappy that his school has changed and the new school is run down and has substandard education. The kids pick on him because how he's dressed, the other parent forces the school to call him by an entirely different name.
This judge is entirely biased and has absolutely no ryhme or common sence reasoning. The word honorable means to me you do the right thing clearly she does not deserve that tittle and she is one them people who goes to church to be forgivin of her bad desicions. But her bible says " judge yee not less ye be judged" I will count on that and take great pleasure knowing she didn't make it to the promise land.
I simply can not believe that some one being educated and supposedly having common sence would put a child in the custody of such a violent controling person. So even though I divorced my abuser I continue to be under my abusers control and continue to be abused mentally.
