This stupid jackass ignored the law and I had to get Court of Appeals to accept Discretionary Review of his grossly incompetent, bigoted ruling. Discretionary Review is hard to obtain, but NOT if C of A has to review the decision of an idiot, god-complex, child abusing egomaniac like Trickey.

He ruled in favor of an abandoning mother, JUST BECAUSE she is a mother. I had cusody of my child for 2 years. The mother disappeared. She came back to court and wanted INCREASED visitation. A commissioner dismissed the case. The mother sought revision by a judge. Trickey came on board and granted adequate cause EVEN THOUGH: (1) the mother did NOT file any working copies to review; (2) the mother abandoned the child; (3) the "change of circumstance" was not even a change. THE MOTHER'S lawyer actually was trying to LOSE ON PURPOSE and did so poorly to ensure a loss. But, Trickey wanted so bad to help a mom (since he's a radical feminist, father- hating, closet homo himself)that he ruled in her favor in a case that her attorney didn't want to fight.

Court of Appeals accepted Disc. Review to fix it. Then mother's attorney official quit the action, instead of fighting and getting exposed in the Reporters.

Psychos like Trickey should go to jail since he gets paid to provide children to abandoning neglectful crackhead abusive parents (so long as they are mothers). He's no better than child slave traders.
