This is simple folks. 1- in the response for Rogers versus Tatham filed by Peggy Ann Bierbaum she does not deny any relations with Judge Verser instead she shirks the responsibilty of answering the question honestly. If she had no relations then simply state that. This is called honesty. Any other form of not answering the question means she has something to hide. This is dishonesty and means that the foregoing is true and that the relations did occur. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to establish this. 2- She always will shirk any case that could damage her political aspirations. This is proven in court record. She will, just as Judge Landes will, give out a lecture without reviewing the case fully and impartially. This is proven in court recordings. This is not Superior court Judge material. Just as Judge Verser should have stepped down after delibirately violating the law by making the decision to drive after drinking. Judges have to exemplify the law, not show their community that the good old boy program is alive and well in Jefferson county. It is dishonorable and public outcry should be heard around the globe for it to cease. This kind of behavior is exactly how every war torn country in the world came to be.

I appeared before Judge Bierbaum and I have nothing but good things to say about her. My son, a juvenile, was charged with quite a number of offenses. Her response to him was warm, compassionate, and understanding. We later appeared before Commissioner Harper. He was impatient, intemperate, and irritable. He knows nothing about children. Please elect Judge Bierbaum.

Peggy Ann Bierbaum Just Lazy no justice !

She is ABSOLUTELY LAZY had her mind set before a scheduled trial to dismiss it with out hearing any testimony from the plaintiff. she did not want to work and do her job and deal with a trial. instead sits in her chair and dishes out additional punishment to those already in jail for drugs via a TV monitor. this is a worthless person wasting our tax dollars . as a citizen I had spend time and money on an investigation proving major theft from a neighbor even had a witness ready she didn't even take a moment to look over the issue simply said I want to send it to another court .

when Judges are out for peoples vote they like to give an image to society that they are helping but in reality and especially Peggy Ann Bierbaum they choose to deal with drug issues in stead of major thief because it is usually easy work and the numbers rack up to make them look like they work hard to the voter .what citizens really require of the judge is pushed to the side , if you have a real problem this Judge will pass on it because its real work to sit and listen with Bierbaum it would mean less numbers and does not help keep her employed ... do not support Peggy Ann Bierbaum ... I don't

The comments about Peggy Ann reflect one thing and one thing only. There is still incredible bias against a woman who combines intelligence with personality and good looks. Not one of the people who commented on her identified any facts for their opinions. One of the commenters said that she favored women over men in drug court cases -- what in the world does that mean. Peggy Ann will bring our county into the 21st century. She will be the first female Superior Court Judge in centuries. And, by the way, the person who said that the Superior Court budget is one of the smallest in the county doesn't have a clue what he/she is talking about.

Smart, ambitious, hard working. Broad legal knowledge and experience. Works even-handedly. Although she has mellowed, historically she has not tolerated fools gladly, which may explain some of the negative comments.

#WA359 is spot on. This individual verges on non-human. She is completely egotisical. Favors men over women in many drug court cases. Mrs. Bierbaum is extremely self-centered, biased and unethical in her methods. She does not possess the necessary skills nor the integrity to fill such an important position. She spits people out when she's finished using them. She does not deserve the title Honorary Judge. She is power hungry and controlling beyond words. The only people she has time for are people who can do something for her. She has many victims lying in her wake. Please carefully consider the person Peggy Ann Bierbaum is before voting for this poorly qualified candidate.

Wow, these folks must not know Ms. Bierbaum except WA 325. She is very smart, we'll give her that. She's also hardworking. But that's where it stops. Peggy has got to be one of the foulest, most mean-spirited people on the planet, and that's coming from someone that rarely if ever has to deal with her. She's petty, vindictive, toxic and destroys all she touches with little regard to the wake of destruction that trails behind her.
A quick note about management experience. What a crock. There's nothing to manage other than yourself and a court administrator. The budget for the court is one of the smallest in the county and salaries cover the vast vast majority of any budgetary items.

the lower ratings in one of the comments are entirely untrue. Commissioner Bierbaum has one of the finest legal minds I have come across. has shown herself to possess the temperment and judicial acumen necessary to make an excellent judge. She has handled a variety of cases at both the Superior and District Court levels and has show herself to be exceptionally well qualified for this job.

Commissioner Bierbaum has the breadth of legal experience needed to be a fine jurist in a one judge county. Additionally, her MBA degree and management experience make her the best qualified candidate for our next superior court judge.

Due to lack of objectivity this person would not make a good judge. She has had a very limited law practise and consequently lacks experience in legal matters that routinely come to Superior Court. This is a very poor candidate.
