Unfair biased judge. Did not even follow the FCS findings. Did not seek out the truth or facts came into court with no research on the case. I'm appalled she is a judge.

She is a joke!!! Even when we notified the court that we are not available on that day, this judge simply ENCOURAGED the opposing party to note the hearing date only because we were unrepresented!!!

This judge is the worst of the worst. She is a racist and biased. Once you walk into her courtroom, if she doesn't like you, for whatever reason, that's it. You are done. It doesn't matter what the law is, you will be subject to the law of Susan Amini!

It took 4 months to get our trial case "finished" and even then we had to submit Reconsideration Responses to work through. She let my abusive husband get away with fraudulently claiming his gross income to be $2,000 lower than it actually is and wouldn't adjust/lower mine legitimately by $400 because my employment is for 8 1/2 months each yr. not 12. She wouldn't court order the D.V. Assessment's treatment plan for him but instead made me (victimized wife) re-do the assessment and counseling sessions I already completed (for 6 mos.) for Judge Lori K. Smith before I can have ANY visitations with my youngest son (which biased CASA and 4 attorneys illegally stole from me 6 mos. ago at the attempted mediations). She also ruled I don't get residential custody and have to pay child support and have supervised visits (instead of my abusive husband having to). This is UNLAWFUL and she should be REMOVED OFF the bench!
