The most unprofessional Special Master and report I have ever come across.
This man's bias is VERY clear. He is a Father's Rights Advocate and misuses his position and authority to harm Women no matter the FACTS.
Facts seem to be an inconvenience to him that he ignores.
Mr. Kahan was assigned to my case by a Commissioner. Not only was his report filled with errors but he accused me of fraudulent behavior that was not true and easily provable if he read any of the evidence of our case.
In his report he wasted time and our money (his fee) going on and on about one of my witness' signature.
That witness even filed an additional declaration verifying that that is in fact her signature.
My Attorney submitted 76 pages of additional EVIDENCE after Mr. Kahan submitted his error filled report to provide further evidence to prove our case but it was ignored by the Commissioner and Mr. Kahan.
All they seemed to be concerned with was getting paid. The court allowed Mr. Kahan to charge us $7650 for nothing either side could use.
Mr. Kahan made accusations about me that were not true and the evidence was in our court file and my filings but he ignored all the evidence from me, Doctors, Educators, Therapists, Caregivers, etc...
76 pages worth!!!
I am shocked that the Bar Association allows this person to practice law in any county.

Wondefully intelligent commissioner with the flexibility and compassion to see matter from both sides. Has a grasp of larger constitutional issues that is absent in some commissioners (and judges, for that matter)

Very unprofessional in making decisions! He was so rude to me and total inconsiderate to the safety of me and my daughter when he granted her biological father a temporary parenting plan after we just had a Domestic violence protection order in place instead of adding my child to my order . i wish if he just looked to our safety first.

Pro Dad commissioner. Ordered a 50/50 though mom took care of children first 5 years of their lives. Didn't care that dad focused on only one child and neglected other. Low maintenance given.
