Comments:
Did not understand financial issues, caused pain and financial burdens. Was sexist and said things like you must trade houses because he can fix things and you can't. Did not read documentation and used no evidence to totally bankrupt and handicap my children's futures. It is 6 years later and his decisions may still cause me to go bankrupt. He enabled an unemployed man to continue his unproductive ways even though he has a teaching degree thus causing his children financial and emotional pain. He denied a restraining order when a lower court immediately issued one and when he finally issued one he required me to have one. I never did anything and am a teacher with distinguished awards. He told me that we both would have to have one and this was standard policy. I was devastated. He put a lien on my house with my ex-husband in first place over the bank. I could not refinance and pay the divorce debts because of this. My ex-husband almost had my house foreclosed. I was able to get a lawyer to explain that if he did this I would not have any money to pay divorce debt. He let me refinance and I was finally able to pay him with $40,000 interest. This is double jeopardy caused by a Judge. Both children have suffered.
