Comments:
Judge Dixon will not follow plea bargains if he thinks that the voters won't approve. That begs the question: how exactly does he know what the majority of the voters approve or disapprove and this directly violates the judge's duty to protect the rights of the minority from tyranny of the majority. Wrong in every way.

Comments:
The State argued it did not know which public records request I was referring to in order to be able to respond. I argued that if I was making that argument, I would have to actually show the other public records request in order to prove my allegations. They refer to that as a bald faced accusation.Rather than ask the state for a copy of the other request or ask if one actually existed,he made up his own argument for the state that he could not understand my complaint. I felt as if he played lawyer for the state of Washington to help them out. Judges are not supposed to make new arguments for a party.
