It was a relief to this community When Brian Retired. He was a tired and grumpy old man that had a hard time separating his personal issues from the court room. One of his homes was turned into a hostile by his son that devastated this community with Heroin overdoses, daily disturbances and assaults that directly impacted the safety and wellbeing of Clallam County. In my opinion he was a Dishonorable Judge.
