So glad he is going away, worst judge ever, he doesn’t know his law and does not care about the law. He lies , interrupts you while it’s your turn to speak, and something is always missing from your file, he is a puke , at least maybe now the next one to take his place will be fair and go by the law in the book and not the one he and Godfrey made up !!!!!! Happy Retirement, I hope it’s not enjoyable for you and that karma catches you

A fine example of what judicial demeanor should be.

Judge Brown is the standout of the current Grays Harbor Superior Court bench. Pro se litigants can expect to be treated fairly and with patience. Although conservative and perhaps overly attentive to courtroom decorum, Judge Brown is even handed and steady as a judicial officer and does a superb job of explaining his rulings and respecting the rights and dignity of the parties before him.
