My case was transferred from the lawfully assigned judge to Judge Bender in violation of RCW 4.12.050(1)(a). After fighting for my jury trial for 10 years and winning my right to a trial in front of the lawfully assigned judge, Judge Bender denied me my right to a jury trial and entered judgment in favor of the attorney who defrauded me and four other women. He was not required to prove that he earned his fees. Judge Bender had ex parte communications with WSBA employees who told her what to do in my case because I have spoken out against the bar. Bender relied on brave civil rights attorneys to fight for her civil rights to same sex marriage, but once ensconced on the bench by the crime bosses at the WSBA, she did not hesitate to pull the ladder up behind her and deny civil rights to other citizens like me. Investigate this judge. Defund the WSBA. Give the courts back to the people!
