A stooge as noted by several others here. He takes cues from the commissioners and is happy to aid and abet judicial fraud. Should be investigated and impeached.

For some reason he is against women and especially women with color. His judgement is unjust.

His documentation is not clean which leads to lot loop wholes inorder to cover the track he changes his mind very constantly without any proper reason. Doesn't let you give your chance to talk on stand.

He gave my chance to talk on stand for almost 2 weeks but the moment i was on stand he was very moody and was keep on interrupted where my attorney pulled me out of stand in a half day. We were fearful that we will get in bad books of him but that's costed me a lot as because he never keeps his words and when rebuttal happened he completely flipped never let us talk or bring up any points. May be he felt a women with color is not capable to represent herself he will only listen to men and let only men talk.

He treated mine and my ex accounts handling differently. He just granted a millions to my ex without any proof. He supports abusive men. He never considers best interest of kids. More concerned to save county money than provide justice. He literally made me bankrupt and my kids though he knew the other parent was not at all involved parent and using court system for abusive litigation. instead of protecting he would put you through more abuse.

When a judge engages in willful abuse of discretion to ignore irrefutable evidence of perjury in the record, they have no business being on the bench.

Mr. Keenan is one of those judges.

My 14 year old son has suffered 640 days of irreparable harm due to Mr. Keenan's violations of the First Amendment and flagrant disregard for parental rights and the well-being of children.

In regards to a filed Motion for Revision for a parenting plan. We had a hearing set. I responded to the motion for Revision. The judge granted the opposing Motion without any evidence they considered my response, and cancelled the hearing. Without even a letter explaining the outcome, it doesn't appear just at all in my opinon.
