This judge was so checked out that she retired (hopefully for the rest of her life) within a few months of our case. She did not even allow both sides to present their case. How is that justice? What kind of a judge announces she has decided prior to hearing both sides present? Regardless, she clearly understands she should not be a judge. She was not interested in actual evidence, only in how charismatic the lawyers and litigants present in court. Let's all hope she stays retired for life.

This judge needs to be in prison! She is abrasive and negligent an places children with the inappropriate parents without proper evidence before her. Cathy Moore has placed children (2 an 4) in a halfway house with the father while the mother was accused of not letting the children go see their dad in a halfway house. She has allowed a drunk driver that killed someone to only get six months of community service. She fraudulently told people she was a judge when she was never one prior to her elected position in 2019. Cathy Moore needs to be removed from the bench.
Her erratic behavior shows the fraudulent judge to be on the bench an decided matters that results in matters that are beyond her comprehension. I feel bad for the families that lose their family members because of this damaged judge’s decisions!

People tend to rate when dissatisfied. I know who two of the ratings are from on here “Teenage Lives Matter” and the posting the night before… this is a mother who emotionally abused her daughter, sleeps with her attorney, and to this day is under professional supervision because she is truly oblivious to how her lack of parental boundaries is dangerous.
Judge Moore made an emergency decision to immediately place a teenage girl in the care of her father because the mother actions/inaction would have costed a child their life.
The mother who rated Judge Moore on here had EVERY opportunity to rehabilitate herself. She was repeatedly warned to stop and get help…She received warning, after warning, after warning. It’s WA state, for a mother to lose custody of a teenage child… it has to be bad. In this case it was.

Arrogant, angry, incompetent. Catherine Moore does not review or read working papers and submissions of fact. Rather, Judge Moore "shoots from the hip" and appears to rule based on whatever preconceived opinion she holds that day.

EVIDENCE DOES NOT MATTER in Judge Moore's court. Don't even bother to bring anything other than a good story - she is unwilling to read or review anything.

CATHY MOORE is a horrible and incompetent judge. It is sad that she was elected to sit on the bench and hear matters that have direct rulings that cause irreparable harm/damage to our family and children. If she does not know how to do her job, she should not be on the bench. Remove Moore before she ruins MORE lives! Teenager’s lives matter.

Judge Moore should not be on the bench. She is impulsive; reacts emotionally to issues and has an inability to recognize when she has made a bad ruling. She ignores evidence and appears to believe that she has an innate gift to decipher what the truth is no matter what the evidence shows. She needs to be removed.
