Comments:
This man is wishy washy in the extreme, defines indecisive and, in general, does not know what he is doing. Decision making is entirely result driven. Classic example of someone who went on the bench because he wasn't capable of making a living in private practice. Made exactly the opposite ruling on the same undisputed facts on SJ and reconsideration.

[Redactged by Ed.] Ignored & excused DV. Did not follow Federal laws regarding Taxes & weapons and drug addicts. Refused to enforce support payments, disregarded medical & education records. Failure to recuse even with conflict of interest(past business involvement with family). Intentionally caused homelessnes, financial abuses and violation of due process. Very hostile in delivery and favors wealthy Caucasian men. [redacted] a blight to the already horrible "family" court system.
Should NOT be in any legal profession. Should NOT be called honorable. Should be removed from ALL legal procedures.

I witness 2 x he sides with the dad and it would benefit family for the kids to be with the mom

In a trail for divorce, as he leaves the court room he says, “I find Mr Selig very credible”. When the wife’s lawyered proved the he was lying about how much he makes, how much his house is worth and how much he pays a nannie.

Once a prosecutor, always a prosecutor is Judge Blinn. He can be counted on to rule against defense. Depend on it. He rudely walks off the bench during defense arguments, missing portions of them and tells defense counsel that "you have 3 minutes to argue this", then gives 15 seconds. No fair trial for defense here.
