This women has no business sitting on the bench. She is a bully and could care less about fairness, justice or the rule of law or the guarantees put forth in the Constitution. Since there is no record of what goes on during settlement conferences as they are done under the cloak of privilege she feels free to bully, lie and intimidate to keep as many cases off the docket as possible, due process be damned!

She told me she was an expert at finance because she was friends with a local accountant. She ruled on my motion without even bothering to read it. When I asked her to take the time to read my motion she threatened me with forcing me to pay all of my ex's attorney's fee. She is very gender biased for women when it comes to civil matters.
