I had heard good things about Judge Costello until I had the opportunity to try a lengthy partnership dissolution in front of him. My sense of it was that instead of doing the heavy lifting that was provided to him he simply "threw up his hands" and split the baby in half. Deeply disappointed and it showed to me a lack of willingness to truly listen and understand.
