I would advise any attorney who has a case in which Karlynn Haberly is assigned to ding her without hesitation. I could write a 100 page dossier on her lack of preparation, incompetence and what can only be described as a cognitive disorder but the short version is; she should be removed from the bench. One example: on a motion to clarify her own inconsistent ruling she awarded legal fees to the defendant. Figure that one out.

Judge Haberly is not an impartial jurist. As a court observer, the word racist comes to mind. In one case Judge Haberly overstepped her constitutional authority and violated a plaintiff's rights of due process. On another she dismissed a first degree child molestation case against a suspect who was caught in the act of molesting a minor child. This same Judge ruled against a plaintiff who was concerned that his children were being molested by their mother's boyfriend and refused the the appointment of a guardian ad litem for the children's welfare and protection. This judge has violated her oath of office to protect those who are unable to protect themselves. Other rulings in child custody matters have been on the side of the parent regardless of the safety of the children, consistently placing them in danger. Child safety of the children, has been anything but their advocate, or her first priority.
