Damn good judge.

He ruled against me in a civil case. I can't complain at all on his ruling. Can't complain about the way he runs his court. He will rule on law, unlike a couple people in that court house.

I respect the man and so does anyone I've ever seen. Win lose or draw...You will get a fair trial.

In over thirty years I have never experienced a more positive environment for a criminal trial. The judge granted our 3.5 against expectations and gave highly favorable rulings throughout the trial. (It was a three-week child molestation trial.) My jury questionnaire was adopted and virtually every challenge for cause was granted during voir dire. Half-time motions were denied (probably properly), but the jury eventually acquitted on all counts.
