We spent 6 years in and out of Judge Leveque's courtroom trying to solve what should have been a simple boundary line adjustment issue. Thousand and thousands of dollars later and 2 rulings that had no bearing on the actual law regarding this problem, we have found ourselves victims of the so-called "justice system" withno way of recovering from the financial loss.

We have had 2 occasions to be in Judge Leveques court on the same civil matter. His first ruling went to the appeals court as they ruled his ruling did not apply in any way to the law and sent it back to his court to make a new ruling. The second one was even more outrageous and all this while thousands and thousand of dollars are being spent. So now another appeal. Unbelievable and a good way to ruin the lives of average people at the mercy of the legal system
