This judge is the worst she ruled that I abused my son only because I wouldn't sign a release of information for a case in a different county, allowed my ex to not allow me visits with my son for over a year, and made me get 3 different psych evals and still wouldn't accept any of them. She makes inappropriate comments regarding her relationship with my ex's attorney stephen foster who is an attorney that should be retired because he is out of his mind. After several judicial complaints finally she is off the bench at the end of this year

accused me of abusing my granddaughter with no testimony to that. accepted the new casa testimony over a phyciatrictrist with 40 years experience. ignored two home studies one state one private that said that the children would do well in my home.

Anyone going in front of Anne Hirsch,Lack or Thomas should get them removed for prejudice. It's a pretty simple procedure, it cost some money $500ish but definitely money well spent. You need a lawyer to do it, unless you already know the law. Your case will go in front of a judge instead of a commissioner, and believe it or not there are more good judges in Thurston county than these 3 horrors.

she decides cases on her presumptions and is clearly a feminist and does not set at the bench with good faith as defined in the judge's code she should have dismissed her self from my case instead she continues to abuse her authority I had my kids 5 years after my ex-wife abandoned us to live the high life said here are your kids you wanted them I hate them raise them knowing this Anne Hirsch let here take my kids to Arizona she thinks she is above the law

If I could rate her a 0 I would. It does not surprise me that this person is rated in the Bottom 10. You have to leave your common sense at the door to her courtroom before you walk in because you won't find any in it. Judges like this should be replaced with AI technology. At least then you stand a chance of fairness.

Spellbound by her total disregard of the facts and the law she sworn to uphold. Change is needed in the court system within Thurston county. Let's start with her. Next election let's be sure she is voted out to private practice in some other state.

There are 3 individuals that need to be taken off the bench. Lack, Thomas and her. All three of them rule from personal opinion and the liberal programs that placed them in their positions. Any decisions that come from them will be to support the out of control Liberal mentality that rules the court systems. all three have a regard for the law that they sworn to uphold. They are puppets to DSHS and the liberal machine. Remove them from the bench.
