Judge Regina Cahan is as smart and competent as any judge anywhere in Washington state. She's hard-working, well-educated, unbiased, compassionate, and every other good quality you want to see in a judge. I hope she ends up on a Washington appellate court or the Washington Supreme Court. She's one of the best in this state.

This judged failed to look at the evidence from both parties. She had her mind made up before the hearing even started. She did not display fair judgment, she had not taken into consideration the person who had displayed the most care, honesty and the most integrity in the case. She also completely dismissed obvious fraudulent evidence submitted by the other party.

This women has no clue to what laws are. All you have to do is email her and she will immediately come out with an order granting her favorite party involved what they want even cheating the other party out of a hearing and filing anything. She’s used racist slurs in the court room and in court documents. She’s stated that it’s okay for men to rape women as it is their own fault and they brought it upon themselves. She’s no better than the lazy ass governor inslee and Biden. She needs to be impeached and tried for breaking the US constitution.

judge cahan refused to look at the evidence at my hearing. she ordered the bailiff to drag my client from the courtroom very quickly and wildly. it was the most absurd courtroom I've ever seen. she sentenced him beyond the maximum for a non violent crime. the deepest ring of hell is saved for people such as this.

Judge Cahan is a horrible person. She is very prejudiced, and shows her prejudice on the stand. She is not capable of granting anyone a fair hearing. She takes buyouts, and has ex parte communications with the opposing party and their attorneys. She does not give her rulings in court -- instead she illegally emails them to all those involved in the cases. She has her bailiff do all her work for her. This judge is lazy, corrupt and dishonest. She took an oath of office, and that oath of office that she took is not observed. This judge should be barred from ever being on a bench and ruling over someone's life. She would sell her soul to gain more money and power. The people of Washington State need to get this corrupt woman off the bench.

This judge is extremely biased. She allows hearsay evidence and dismisses any and all actual evidence in her courtroom. She is guilty of violating civil rights and amendment rights. She believes that assault and rape are acceptable. She allows abusers and rapists to walk free. She makes her decision based on who has the most money and who lies on the stand. This judge needs to be removed from the bench before more lives are destroyed. She claimed in her campaign when she was elected as a judge that she is against domestic violence and against rape, and for the protection of families. She does not demonstrate what she preaches in her courtroom. Her courtroom etiquette is very biased. When racial slurs are brought up that an opposing party places in court documents, she states that this has no relevance to the case that she is presiding over. In all actuality, it had a lot of relevance to the case that she was presiding over. She allowed racial discrimination. She allowed financial abuse, along with the violation of amendment rights, by utilizing double jeopardy and sanctioning the innocent numerous times for one thing. When election time comes up, we need to ensure that this judge does not get back on the bench, as she is not credible and has a horrible lack of judgement, and violates laws that are in place to protect us as citizens.

If you end up with this judge, run, because she is corrupt! She will take your children right out of your home with no warning, even if you're a good mother. She will take your child from you and give him/her to an abusive, mentally unstable, narcissistic nutjob that threatens lives and has followed through on all his threats to date!

She allows domestic violence. Refuses to allow a pro se litigant to speak, tells them to shut up. Very unprofessional. Oversteps your amendment and civil rights without any care. If you get this judge run as fast as you can. She finds domestic violence acceptable!

She will not hold government accountable. She will act as attorney for a government defendant. She will not issue findings of facts and conclusions of law for tough cases. She will punt on complex cases. She will try and sneak her decision past you. Send two self addressed stamped envelopes, and keep an eye on the Washington Courts website.

She interupted me to act as council for the government agencies. She purposely failed to mail her ruling to me in an attempt to cheat me out of a motion to reconsider and appeal. She is a rubber stamp for government agencies. If yyou have a case against a government agency do not hesittate to file an affidavit of prejudice. You do not want her to be your Judge if you want to hold a government accountable.
