Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: WA538
Rating:7.0
Comments:
I have had Judge Lum in two civil matters. He has a very good demeanor and works well with juries. In my view, tends to favor oversimplified arguments in motion practice rather than look deeply into the complexities of the arguments when they exist.
