Ms. Prochnau cares much about who can help her keep her job if there'd be a challenger for her place on the bench. She cares more about who can donate money, has more clout/connections to her should she be challenged. While we're all human, it's important to realize the hypocrisy that Prochnau is living, touting justice & fairness while never practice it.

I hope the different Bars' Judicial Evaluators recognize this incompetent, well-camouflaged snake will be recognized for who she is. Please feel free to contact me if you need proof for what I wrote here. Nothing like cold hard evidence that contrasts everything Judge Prochnau's ruling to her whim. She's unjust, opportunistic, and unethical. Gov. Gregoire, what did she do for an appointment to the bench, that's what I'd like to know?

Not experienced when judging my case several years ago. Easily duped by clever attorneys and a showmanship. "An idiot", I've been told by another litigant appeared before her over 7 years ago when she was sitting as a pro tem commissioner for family court.

I hope she gets the help or education she needs to be a better judge. Somehow cozied up with Gov. Chris Gregoire to be appointed. Pathetic, truly.

Kim Prochnau was about the best commissioner we had and, now, a good judge. She reads, she thinks and she cares. Great judges are not made overnight. Judge Prochnau is on her way to becoming one of the best judges we have in King County. I’d take her as an IC or trial judge any day of the week.

I am a children's advocate and dogwatcher of the courts, observing hearings and reviewing files and receving complaints. Prochnau is totally incompetent. She constantly places children with abusive mothers and abusive dads. She helps child abusers abuse. So, she is a child abuser herself. She totally ignores even 100 year old case law and does whatever she wants. It's almost like if you are in the wrong, then you want Judge Prochnau. THANK GOD this pervert is out of family court for now.
