Poor judgement as a court commissioner. If your in her courtroom and opposing counsel is Shane Kenison you have no chance of winning even when opposing counsel is wrong.

I for one, feel that Melissa Chlarson.has NO business being on the bench. She will violate your civil rights, makes rulings WITHOUT qstudying the facts. She must have spread her legs, and, kneeled down to get to be a court commissioner. Total disservice to all the citizens of Grant county.

When I dealt with Ms. Chlarson she wasn't a commissioner but my ex's attorney in Chelan County. She is rude, a bully, unethical, unprofessional and not at all productive. She asked and got an 8 month continuance to conduct more discovery, then made no attempt to conduct discovery.

Melissa Chlarson has violated the law in her rulings. Further, it appears she is against men and members of law enforcement profession and she seemingly allows for her decisions to be governed by emotion and not fact. I agree with the previous statements incorporated with this site about the "Commissioner." My personal opinion of her is she is unprofessional and biased. Having her, seated as a Court Commissioner is a disservice to the Justice system.

The previous remarks about Commissioner Clarson is 100% of the truth when it comes to her behavior. I can give first-hand testimony that Shane Kennison and Barbara Black are two of Chlarson's favorite pets. I have had attorneys from out of Grant County sanctioned fees on their 1st appearance, because Barbara Black requested it. Please check our Facebook page "Injustice in Grant County". The Commissioner under judicial conduct needs to hear about your issues. There are power in numbers. Besides the Commissioner, the entire county is in violation of WA State Supreme Court rules. Whether you are pro se (which I have been for over a year) or have bundled representation (attorney) or you pro se and have an attorney that helps write paperwork, it does not matter in Chlarson's court. I have also witnessed ex parte communication, prejudice, disregard for the well being of children, and willful violation of state laws so there is NOT a level playing field.

the commissioner has demonstrated MAJOR Bias especially where her favorite Shane Kennison is concerned. Pro Se litlgants stand ZERO chance of winning a case regardless of how much the law is at stake. History denotes that her favortism and bias will bend or break the law in order to have her friends come out on top. this is NOT a kindergarten playground, this is a COURT OF LAW... when can we start acting like it.. get this child off the bench before she ruins yet another life
