When presenting your side when on the Receiving end of a TRO He violates civil laws by not allowing a continuance for an attorney if you have obtained one but paperwork or phone calls were not made prior to. Judge also ignores your testimony for the most part and will still throw the order against you for something you've proven in your testimony as one entire thing, he'll pick the worst of them and say for that reason he's still filing the restraining order. Judge is RUDE at times when it comes to presenting your own testimony, HAVE A LAWYER WHEN IN COURT WITH THIS ONE!

He has already determined the outcome of the hearing before it begins. If you are on the side opposite his drinking buddy attorney, you will never have a fair ruling. The court staff will acknowledge this -- I was told by a facilitator that I will never have a fair ruling. Kitsap County Family Court Commissioners Courtroom is an incestuous pit -- it's the "old boys' network" all the way.

Ignores civil rules, and when you bring them up, has to go and grab the book for very common civil rules, doesn't seem to know them. Will cut you off before you have a chance to site rules. And apparently "Declarations" aren't "Pleadings". He might want to go let Blacks Law Dictionary know that.
