Mary Dicke dismissed my late mother's probate when not all heirs were served of the probate hearing - with no legal basis nor opinion for her decision. Her decision is now before the court of appeals. She lets attorneys cheats and she has no regard to the actual law.

A very biased commissioner giving more weight to a crying mother who does not take toddler's safety into consideration, has no job or stable home, or best interest of child. She denied a loving, full providing father of child minimal visitation. Had heard from others in legal field say, "I hope you don't get her in the courtroom because she doesn't apply law equally or fairly, always gives more weight to the mother." They were right.

this commissioner is unfit to be an unbiased commissioner giving she definitely shows disregard for males coming to her courtroom. she never even looked at me and soaked in all the crocodile tears by a woman who lied through her teeth accusing of domestic violence. never even considered the males point of view and literally stuck to every allegation woman gave. shoukd be voted out!!!!!!!!!!

This judge just gave extenuating rights to an emotionally abusive woman. One who treats we kids terribly and lies through her teeth. She doesn't care about evidence. This woman is unfit to be a judge.

I witnessed this so called Commissioner accept a lie under oath and return a minor to the father who is abusing him. She has no business sitting on a bench. She blatantly disregards the welfare of a minor. Next election do not vote this woman in again.

This judge did not follow Washington court rules or statutes, nor rule in an objective and fair manner according to all of the facts and evidence presented pertaining to awarding post-secondary educational support. I witnessed blatant gender discrimination against a man.
