I've recently started handling a few civil matters in Snohomish County. The repuation of the Snohomish County judiciary as being extremely biased in favor of local attorneys is well deserved. This commissioner appears to have no understanding of the law.

Found this link of craigslist. Great way to let the public know about the judges. I felt I was unfairly treated and that she was not adequately prepared. Yes, I lost and I'm upset, but I think I'd feel better if she was prepared.

Reads mainly the briefs, too lazy to read anything else. Lacks any legal knowledge of the law or interest in learning. Touchy. Just collecting a paycheck.

She's horrible. It's too bad she has immunity, if she didn't, I'm sure she'd have been sued and removed by now. I've Witnessed the most bizarre and as far as I'm concerned, criminal behavior that any "judge" has ever handed down to families. She's responsible for much sadness, pain and future public burden.

I'm one of the attorneys referred to in other commentaries as "one of the good ole boys." I don't appear in ex-parte too often as it is much easier to get an Order signed in chambers by one of my judge friends. That being said, we haven't had a good Commissioner appointment in the past 15 years. Tracy is a good example of a system gone wrong, and no way to remedy this wrong. These appointments are akin to a lifetime federal appointment. The only difference is the federal judges have earned the right to be arrogant and confident. Tracy has neither the intellectual capability nor the temperament to be an honored member of the bench. With Arden winding down, both in age and abilities, we will be down to only one "above average" Commissioner. I think we all know who that is. I'm glad to have located this website and I will advise my collegues so that we can get more candid comments here to assist the pro se litigant, and newer members of the Snohomish County Bar. We can turn around the reputation of our county's judiciary.

I wish I'd ready these postings before going in front of her. She is a joke. I'm glad I'm not an attorney as she spoke down to the attorneys in both cases that were before mine. Her tone was "well counsel, if you'd have advised me . . ." I'm just a mother representing myself, but why do the attorneys put up with her?

It's obvious Waggoner follows the trail of the Prosecutor. Her friendlyness to the Prosecutors, and shortness with defense attorney's is so obvious. Bias, without question. Like all Commissioners, she should be forced to become a judge, where the people can vote for you, or step down as a commissioner - she has been there way too long!

She is a big zero. A lot of perfectly good oxygen is wasted when you argue to her. Why is it that the male commissioners are so much better than the female ones?
