Commissioner Moe sent my teen-aged son to live in a trailer with her two pre-teen granddaughters. Her granddaughters lived with her because her son was dead, killed himself and his girlfriend, and her daughter was a meth addict. Commissioner Moe sat in the courtroom and in front of my son said that we were bad parents and that we should love our child more when he misbehaved (as if our love for him was based on his behavior) and also stated that his drug use (marijuana) was no big deal, obviously he was a minor and this was before legalization. Our son ended up having to come home because the woman who he sent him to live with allowed him to go out of state with someone he was not supposed to be with and I threatened to turn her in. At one point this woman had a level 3 sex offender living on her property but this idiot thought her house would be a better place for him than the home of the parents who loved him and protected him his entire life. The woman was an expert in the welfare system and ended up getting over $3000 from us because she so graciously volunteered to care for our child, she knew the system and knew she stood to make a good sum of money from a working family!! This commissioner couldn't see past the B.S. to do the right thing for a child. This man should be banned from ever serving in any capacity involving families and children. His only talent is destroying lives!

Commissioner Moe, it seems that you have a history of sending poor defenseless children into the hands of known felons and deadbeats who owe thousands of dollars in child support, as well as women abusers and men with anger and drug issues. Well, I must say that you hold true to your pattern. The man that you have ordered my very young grandchildren to spend Christmas with is just what I have described above. And across the country no less, over two thousand miles, by themselves, and into the hands of an abuser -- just because he apparently has enough money to hire a loudmouth lawyer. He didn't give a damn about these kids until a year ago. You should be ashamed of yourself! Whatever happened to the truth, and protecting the young? I am sick with worry.
