How do you not hold a respondent who's held his children from their mother for 7 weeks in contempt of court is beyond me...are you standing for the law or politics?

He not only has withheld the children, he's brainwashing them against their mother, making false allegations (supported by police and CPS reports) has put his eldest child age 10 on the internet to discuss "sexual abuse" and has all of the kids outside from 3-7 daily "protesting CPS" How do you not look at the evidence of this and not hold that parent to task or responsible when he doesn't file motions or follows the custody agreement?

I'm going to help that mother find a pit bull of an attorney that will hold you to task and if they can't maybe the supreme court will?

He makes decision in contrary to the laws of the State of Washington. Putting litigants at a risk for unfair court decisions. I scheduled a motion hearing and he refused to allow us to argue it, but allowed the opposing party to argue her case instead and then ruled in her favor. He should not be a Judge.
