Biased, too personally opinionated in open court. Does not follow state status on custody/visitation. Civil and constitutional rights violator. Mumbles comments about you and your situation that are belittling and sarcastic just enough that you can hear what he said. Dies not reprimand lawyers or Guardian ad Litem’s for dishonest testimony that was absolutely proven by documentation that it was not true, and allows hearsay and abuse by lawyers to file frivolous contempt’s and ex parte’ for hearings that absolutely do not fit the criteria for such orders. He will alienate your children from you as “punishment” solely on the grounds if you question his illegal and biased discussion and orders. Any lawyer who had his or her law license suspended by the state should never be appointed or elected to the bench.

This judge is a totally incompetent, and a disgrace to the legal system. He makes up his own version of the law. He is influenced by politics, and has absolutely no interest in what is best for children. Amazing he gets away with all he does.

If you are before this judge on a custody dispute, better hope you work for (are employed by) the court, because he could care less about anyone else!
