Judge Hill completely disregards State Statute in her decisions. We literally quoted the statute, and she refused to act upon it. Further, Judge Hill maintains personal relationships with attorneys who argue in front of her in court, spending time after hearings to speak of social events that they've attended together. This judge argues more of a defense that the respondent does, and goes as far as to say that they believe that witnesses under oath are exaggerating and lying, despite their sworn testimony.
