MY COMMENT TO ALL THAT WORKS IN THE SYSTEM . MAY GOD BE WITH YOU ON JUDGEMENT DAY. FORM SINCE MY SONS CASE OF 2 YEARS AGO. IT DONT MATTER IF YOU ARE GUILTY OR NOT THE LAW IS GOING TO DO DO WHAT THE LAW WANTS ,THEY WLL MAKE YOU GUILTY EVEN WHEN YOU ARENT AND EVEN FINDING OUT THE EDVIDENCE WHICH WAS NOT IN HIS TRIAL, BY THE WAY.SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISMISSED.ONLY PROVES TO ME HOW THE LAWS ARE.YOU REALLY NEVER KNOW TILL IT HAPPENS TO YOUOR YOUR FAMILY HOW CROOKED THE LAWS CAN BE OR HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN THE PERSON ON TRIAL. I seen how justice in jefferson county is. and if channel 25 news believes it ,let so be . they never get two sides of the story any ways.theres no real justice here.its funny how when you are judged, the worst goes in the paper and on the news.but the news never sees what on the other.. but i will send the papers in time and channel 25 a letter to read and then they can really judge that person.of where they got there information.dont always think the law in jefferson county is so honest. i pray that the lord helps me to forgive my enimeies. help me learn to pray for them as you would. your command makes me wiser than my enemies for they are my contance guide.may be one day the lord will gather the real bad people in jefferson county and put them in there place. they know who they are.in the name of jesus amen.

First of all i have nothing against judge sanders . he does what he has to do.he will be jugded also... he has to answer god for his descisions
he semms to be a ok person.then we take laryy mcfarland who is accused of a crime. if any body wants to talk bad about larry mc farland you should of been in the court room in the trial. just remember if you read every thing that jefferson county sheriff department and brandon sims puts in the paper.or on th e internet doent mean its true. i guess if you are above the law . you can always make a person look worst than he is.or if you get some organation that puts him on hereas asex affender, a busy boddy that has nothing better to do . except what they think they know.first of all larry mcfarland is achristian .he was saved by god a long time ago and the mistakes he made was when he was 23 years oldand it was with a 17 year old who said she was 23 years old. so if you are going to judge some one think about what most girls are alike today.a nd if you should think about the people who you think are prtecting us in jefferson county . may be you should ask your children in high school about the sherriffs departmentor the girls that get pulled over beside the road.trust me they are no better than larry mcfarland.

I was appauled when I heard the statement that Judge Sanders stated at the end of a sentencing hearing. I thought everything had to go by the law not personal opinions. Judge Sanders might as well have told the defendant he was a liar. Judge Sanders said just cause the jury found you not guilty and the "victim" did not have the ability to express herself adequitely does not mean you are not guilty. There was evidence that was not premitted to show proof of lies. Even DNA expert stated she could not tell the difference in the DNA. I once believed in the judicial system, but now I question it. Who is it protecting? Why do his cases go to prison? Why should you have to have lots of money to afford a lawyer that is willing to fight for you? When you talk with lawyers about the case they told me that this case should not have even seen a courtroom. But I would have needed thousands to get them. Is there a conspiracy somewhere with the public officials?

Ive known larry for a long time he works really hard. he doesnt go around looking for trouble.hes a good looking guy. when we go out together women swarm around him like a bunch of bees. he doesnt need to, as tracy edwards says ''assult'' anyone. hes a good guy. and i will take that to my grave.

Worst Judge I've ever met. He was unfair in the ruling of Larry McFarland. There was not enough evidence to prove he was guilty. YOU used his California cases, great way to go to win a case!! You hurt alot of people in his family. he has a little baby that now will barely know who is father is because he now has to face all this time in jail. Justice was not done in this case. Matthew 7:1 ''Judge not, that ye be not judge. for what not judgement ye judged, ye shall be judged'' Larry really is a great guy that women bessom should come forth and tell the truth. she knew what she was doing she didnt want her husband to know that she willingly cheated on him.

How could you say that justice was done on the trial on the 25th of january of Larry McFarland. He didnt even have a chance and you had no right to bring his California Case when he spent all that time in prison.How could there be four different DNA on that woman. How could it be put in the paper that he entered the house after the husband and children where asleep. thats a lie and i thought we were not suppose to lie. Do you really call that justice being done? I dont know how a person can sleep at night after what was put in the paper. Doesn't this person have any rights at all? And I do believe justice will be done under the law of God.

Judge ignored due process. Defendant waited 6 years for trial, only to be presumed guilty at commencement of trial. Judge used personal feelings during conviction process, Not rule of law. Sanders has abused his authority for far too long. Why is nothing being done??? I have a friend who has also suffered as a result of Judge Sanders abuse of authority and yet he remains on the bench. WHY????

Judge fails to make rulings based on facts common of law. Defendants were handed to jury as guilty before trial started. Jury was to rule on facts of common law. Plantiff claimed damages throughout pretrial, but deposing the plantiff, the plantiff revealed no damages had ocurred, as the same during trial, lawsuit should have been dropped. Jury instructions were completely obsurd, along with jury awarding surveyor fees as punitive. Defendants were found guilty of conspiracy to gain something for which they had title already. Defendants called law enforcement for assistance and were prosecuted for abuse of process. Plaintiff refused to comply with Interogatories and Request of Admittal, no sanctions. Plantiff's attorney had NO facts of common law or case cites realevant to case, yet judge let proceed. Approximately over 1 dozen errors by the judge before and during trial. Motions after trial and judge takes 2 months to answer, costing Defendants tens of thousands of dollars on a case that should not have been. Jury not instructed on facts of common law, incompetent to make educated ruling based on West Virginia Code and West Virginia Civil Procedures. Judge ignored West Virginia Civil Procedures. next step Supreme Court and seeking sanctions and lawsuit against Judge Sanders for failure to rule according to law. Sad of an elected official sworn in to uphold the law and protect the innocent.
