Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: WI371
Rating:2.4
Comments:
He once was a Washburn County Lead Prosecutor, and still carries that mindset with him (i.e. if you got served or sued, you're probably guilty) and he is very pro-Plaintiff. He hates non-lawyers, and thinks he is MUCH higher and more important than other people who enter "HIS" courtroom. There is certainly no impartiality here, you can be assured.

Litigant

Comment #: WI328
Rating:1.0
Comments:
I was in court as the respondent. the judge asked the petitioner for a case file #. The petitioner did not have the # and said so a couple of times. I raised my hand and the judge gave me a nod. I proceeded to give him the case# he had requested. After he wrote the # down he proceeded to yell at me for interrupting him stating if he wanted me to speak he would ask me too. The petitioner made two outbursts later on during my testimony. He responded by telling her to calm down because he was on her side. I am not sure but I think this would be a sign of bias. If he continues to fill this position I am afraid that he is going to cost Barron county tax payers far more than he is worth. It is just my opinion but I say he is corrupt and has an agenda. We will just have to wait and see.
