Unqualified, this judge formally a real estate lawyer with zero trial experience is not qualified to set as a circuit judge. He has demonstrated time after time he does not do the work, read the briefs, understand why discovery deadlines are vital, and will not sanction litigants that violate the rules. TO make maters worse he seems to be suffering from black robitis. If you can sub this one out do it.
