Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: WI443
Rating:2.0
Comments:
Almost instantaneously biased from the get go, this Court simply remains unable to hold the balance even and fair, until all of the case facts are produced. Loves to go with his "gut instinct", the law, much less the case facts be damned.

Litigant

Comment #: WI442
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Whether intellectually challenged, or instead, just plain excessively lazy, I have never previously witnessed any other Court's judge as challenged as is Judge Anderson, just to comprehend the law that is applicable to the facts of the case. If you have the option to opt out for any other Branch to determine your litigation, I cannot possibly imagine, whether Plaintiff or Defendant, how you could possibly lose, for making a proactive choice to at least have a competent Court determine the justice of your case!
