Comments:
The worst Judge in the State. He denies defendant's basic due process rights if they defend themselves even in simple County Ordinance cases. Never go before him un-represented. :(

He is combative, antagonistic, archaic and possibly sexist (at least in family court), seems like he's made up his mind about you before you've even said two words, and I can't really tell for sure but he looks like he's always rolling his eyes or shaking his head. Like most court officials I've dealt with, you seem to have better luck if you stick to the point, are short (like him) and sweet (not like him), and operate with decorum... But then again, the only time I've had *any* success dealing with this judge was when I attended a hearing over the phone; i.e. he didn't have to look at me. While present in his courtroom, I felt like he was going to jump over his bench at me when I tried to assert my rights as a parent (I'm male). If he doesn't like you, you can forget about trying to get a word in edge-wise to argue your own points or present your evidence, and your hearing in his courtroom can feel more like a school yard lynching or popularity contest. I loathe the idea of having to deal with him.

He serves an extremist Right Wing agenda that is out of touch with any facts presented in his courts. He does not listen to the person on the stands and by his demeanor, he has already made a judgement before he enters the courtroom. He is openly hostile and refuses to look at evidence presented. He appears to have a hatred for the impoverished.
