Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: WI570
Rating:2.3
Comments:
This judge does not consider the law or read the briefs. He makes decisions at a knee-jerk reaction without talking to the attorneys or the litigants. He threatens people with a bad result before he has learned anything about the case or motion before him. He jumps to unwarranted conclusions without allowing people to make their arguments or present their evidence. He seems upset about anyone coming into his court. The attorneys in this area say that he is a bad judge and he doesn't belong on the bench. Everyone seems to be afraid of him because he punishes people for bringing cases or motions to court. He needs to step down.
