My divorce was quick once we saw him. I have to say he was fair, but I also have to say that I went in fully prepared to get what I wanted. I had nothing but rational requests. I got 50/50 placement and custody. Kept my house, butbhad to give up my retirement account. It had 3k in it. My child support was imputed while I was unemployed. I worked at Graphic Packaging and got the opportunity to go to school full time. I'm still unemployed, but he listened to my side and recalculated my CS. I could add that we had no lawyers present at the final divorce and my ex wasn't exactly prepared to defend her accusations. Couldnt prove her lies as I was good enough to take care of our kids for 8 years before she filed.
