Comments:
There is no such thing as impartiality in this judge's courtroom. Coming from being a former prosecutor, it is clear which side he is loyal to. Many times he asks more questions than the DA, negating a need for them in the courtroom. He digs for evidence and comments that can impact the record negatively. He manipulates evidence to corroborate his agenda. Anything positive said about a defendant is discredited or completely ignored. He discredits people who have far more experience in their fields than he has time on the bench. He refuses to listen or consider evidence if it doesn't back his agenda. Justice is one sided in his courtroom.

Comments:
This is the most biased judge I have ever seen. He blatantly ignores evidence if it is not what he wants it to be. He disregards expert opinions if they do not agree with him. He manipulates court procedures to further his own agenda. I have personally witnessed him make a mistake and not follow procedure and blame it on the defense only to come back in the next hearing and say on record that that procedure is the duty of the court. I have personally witnessed him allow the prosecution to have their one witness speak for over an hour then tell the defense they have 45 minutes for their three witnesses. He has rescheduled hearings when one of the prosecution witnesses hasn't shown up for court even though they were given more than a months notice of the hearing. He has said on record that he does not need to hear from the defense witnesses therefore making his bias clear. He has disregarded psychological tests given by experts with years of experience if the results are not what he wants them to be. He is a disgrace to the system.
