This judge is a very bias very rude to all men and one sided that I've seen on several occasions she makes bad decisions to put children in harms way i n family court and the kid are the one who suffer from her bad ruling this is one of the most ruthless women I've ever met has I was treated as a I was a hardened criminal instead of a parent she made me feel horrible and that I was just low life that she could shame and belittle this judge needs to ask to step down from the bench

Molly should not be allowed to hear divorce or family cases. She has a bias towards females. In a recent court case she asked the female how things were going but did not ask the male the same question, and did cut off the male while he was speaking. Observers in the court room have noticed this in other court sessions with the same two individuals. She has put down the male and his attorney, been impatient with the male and allowed the female to waste court time with her antics. She has stated in another (there are observers in some of her court sessions) of her court cases that when her sister was going through the divorce process she was bad mouthing her ex brother in law. Her sister had to call her on it and tell her to stop bad mouthing the ex. Sister explained to Molly that she, the sister, would have to be co parenting with the ex and she, the sister, needed to keep a positive attitude for co parenting to work. Wrong sister sitting on the justice bench!

I am not sure what it will take to wake people up in this county. Most likely it will come down to winning a law suite that has named the county and state as defendants. The people of this county have already been bilked out of millions of dollars of their hard earned money because this judge has lied about her actions and her intentions. The judicial commission and OLR are the ones that should be held accountable for allowing this judge to get away with this behavior. She conducts herself and her courtroom in a manner that creates a hostile environment and she makes no effort to disguise the fact she had made her mind up before she has seen one piece of evidence. Her arrogance and ability to manipulate the truth is amazing. This tends to give one the impression that she is very intelligent, that is until she exposes herself to be incompetent and in dire need of a pocket dictionary. This becomes evident as she misuses words and creates her own meaning to words used by others. This judge has no morals. She has even allowed children to suffer abuse due to her I'll show you attitude. Each hearing where this judge is allowed to apply her twisted idea of justice, is another hearing this judge has used to waste the taxpayers money. Not to mention that every time she uses her position and the courtroom without the intent of serving justice, is a violation of her oath and the money she is paid in salary is not earned but taken by defrauding the public. This needs to stop and the lawyers that choose to do nothing about these injustices because it is safer to do nothing than it is to actually earn the outrageous fees that are charged for pretending to defend the rights of their client, they need to step back and evaluate what it means when someone puts their trust and faith not to mention a very large amount of money in the hands of the person they hire to represent them. I promise you that no one thinks this is a fair weather contract that becomes void if the lawyer must risk more than pride when the road to justice is blocked by a dishonest and morally bankrupt judge.

Very biased in that she over ruled a decision by a court commissioner and issued a DE Novo review based only on a letter sent to her by the tenant claiming to have provided the other party with a copy, but never did. Set a hearing for the Middle of Winter when it's impossible to get a tenant to move out. I don't understand why we even have court commissioners in that it appears they have no authority to evict a bad tenant based on fact. A letter was given to the judge asking for the hearing to be expedited due to the tenant moving other people into her apartment and not following the terms of the lease only to never hear back from the judge and to be told by the circuit clerk that the date set two months later is the first available date for this hearing.

Wow, this judge needs to be removed!!! Not because she ruled against me, but I'd wager she knew the plaintiff on a personal level. Very friendly towards the female plaintiff and antagonistic towards me. Definitely part of "The Good Old "boys" Club", GaleWyrick overruled all our objections. Every single one!!! Very cozy with the lawyers on the other side--they probably went out to lunch afterwards and had a good laugh at my expense. AVOID her!

Another corrupt wheel in a locally corrupt system...though it extends much further. Polk county WI is just a good place to avoid due to this so called "justice system".

She is a man-hater. She is not fair, and she brings stuff up in court about her life or what happened in her life -- who cares? I live in Polk County and I think it is the most corrupt, crooked county in Wisconsin. Once you're in the system, they don't leave you alone -- pay your fine and they are still out to get you.

To the people of Polk County: be aware of what you do in the upcoming election. Your freedom may depend on it. I wish I could find a lawyer willing to help me. Although I cannot afford a lawyer, I have done my homework. It would appear in my case that, to the extent that she went to deny me my right to due process by not informing me of what I would be facing in court, in addition to her refusing to allow me to defend myself, and many other violations, this may have removed her immunity thus allowing her to be sued. This is because when she denies a person their civil rights, she is no longer acting in her judicial capacity. There is case history in support of this. So, if anyone is willing to help me I will forever be in your debt. I assure you that my two children (that I have not been with for almost a year now) would feel much the same way.

This judge needs to be removed immediately. There is no better example of why judicial immunity should no longer be allowed. It is judges like this that act outside of the law because they have no fear of the consequences. This is not what judicial immunity was intended to protect.

Tax payers you are paying this person to uphold the law and abide by the Unites States constitution. She does not do this.. She makes her decisions before she even enters the court room. She does not listen to both sides for the story. She speaks down to people and treats them disrespect. According to the law, which she does not know, "innocent until proven." If she is trying to make a name for her self, IT ISN'T YOUR HONOR! I have been taught there are 2 sides to every story and laws to abide by... What has happen? Have I missed the new rules or is it only in her court...

I believe you misunderstand Judge Molly. She is very bright. However she uses that brightness to achieve inappropriate results that indicate bias and an "I'll show U " mentality. To that end, she is a naughty judge. She is not alone on the bench.

This woman is beyond contempt she has infringed on my civil rights, she has infringed on the civil rights of many, people should be very afraid to have someone as ignorant as this on the bench. She has earned a name for herself this week across WI (not a nice one either) and far beyond as the nation is watching the people she violated in court, there is nothing honorable about what she has done. She should be ashamed. Hooked on phonics might help her, reading abilities she clearly did not review any constitutions that were before her, is that not her job? I will share this site with as many as I can so that they too can see her rating and by they I mean those folks who vote her in or OUT!

She is a total idiot. How she got in her position is very questionable. Because of her professional???? verdict she has now breeched all aspects of my personal privacy. If I have any issue with fraud this so called JUDGE will be responsible. I just want to add that I am not the only one...People of Polk County be aware of what you have in your court house.

This woman should not be on the bench. Her bias is beyond clear in many cases that she has had before her. She has waisted the time and money of hundreds of people due to her in ability to admit the truth. Took her 15 months to determin she had no jurisdiction in the first place. Her pride was a bigger determing factor than the truth. Shame on her. Shame on her for not being more frugal in this day and age it is easy to be wasteful when you are dealing with other peoples money. If she does not retire I certainly hope that she is not re-elected.

I was a law enforcement officer for 23 years. I appeared in many court rooms and in front of many judges. I have a lot of experience in dealing with people who tell the truth and those who do not and it has become an art with me to be able to tell the difference. Judges and other court officers demand that those appearing in court to tell the truth. That rule of law obviously doesn't apply to judges. Recently, I sat in Judge GaleWyrick's court room and listened to her tell an outright lie, how she had "read every word" of a case presently before her. It was so obvious to me that she in fact, had not done so. In addition, she has been stringing along the litigants on both sides of a civil case involving religion. Both lawyers are getting wealthy over this case. In addition, she thinks the case is about money and is missing the entire point of the case. Furthermore, her mind was made up quite awhile ago. I honestly don't know how that woman can look at herself in a mirror, much less deserve to be sitting on a bench in a "court of law." No wonder, people have lost faith in "the American justice system. I am thoroughly ashamed to admit that I even know Judge GaleWyrick.

I had no voice. Her mind was made up before the trial started. I had proof I was never allowed to show. I was not allowed equal time. I have lost all faith in a just system. Six months of work and gathering evidence all for naught. Over in five minutes. I don't believe she understands or cares about the lives she affects. Clearly biased, poor vocabulary.

I am appalled at her lack of professionalism as well as, her clear bias in the case that I was present for as a spectator. She completely retracted her first ruling and punished those involved in the because she lacked clarity in her initial ruling. She then told them it was their misunderstanding. What a shame.
I find it very frigthening that a judge who affects the lives of so many can so clearly display bias and what I personally view as unethical behavior in a court of law.

This Judge has violated many constitutional rights, is very bias and showed an otherwise lack of ability (if it was not a lack of ability than it was clearly a strait forward personal attack). the ruling this Judge made was of poor decisions based on feelings/distaste not evidence and has prompted me to make a Youtube video with all the concrete evidence as well as names, addresses and all otherwise public information. This Judge should do everyone a favor and step down so a more experience person can oversee many of the mishandled cases.

I jst had my kids taken away and ordered to have no contact because my 13 year old has a unloaded BB gun in his room. That and the fact she lied out right saying she would not make any such decisions for about a month. Being pressed for time she passed this judgement but failed to let me respond in my defence. There was a police officer in the court room that after I walked out told ny brother, boy I would be pissed. What they just did to him is not right.

Honestly? Hours late at times. Extreme bias favoring the Plaintiff. Improper grammar and legal term usage. Overrules every single defense objection and sustains ever single prosecution objection. Avoid at all costs!
