This judge said her order would do no harm. She handed over a church to folks that have not even been members for several years Deb Sands announced her transfer at a recorded annual meeting long before this lawsuit began. This judge said 67 people and the money grubbing elca could have the church and the 1700 other folks could get out. The community suffers the 67 closed the doors, kicked the Foundation board members off the board, shut down the food pantry stopped the boy scouts from meeting , stopped any of the community groups like AA or NAA or Alanon, or Alateen,left them HIGH and DRY. No harm to the folks who got their pockets lined is about all , sick and wrong!

I have been on jury duty several times. this is the first time I have ever seen such incompetence sitting behind the bench. She is an example of the most bias person I have had the displeasure of being in the same room with. She lied about her pervious rulings and tried to blame it on others. The people of Polk county should be embarrassed about having put that waste of human flesh behind the bench. We can only hope someday she will have to answer to someone. Her total lack of the ability to reason is only is magnified by her bias. The tax payers should of Polk County should demand a refund. YOU ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF FROM THIS THING ON THE BENCH!

Tax payers you are paying this person to uphold the law and abide by the Unites States constitution. She does not do this.. She makes her decisions before she even enters the court room. She does not listen to both sides for the story. She speaks down to people and treats them disrespect. According to the law, which she does not know, "innocent until proven." If she is trying to make a name for her self, IT ISN'T YOUR HONOR! I have been taught there are 2 sides to every story and laws to abide by... What has happen? Have I missed the new rules or is it only in her court...

I believe you misunderstand Judge Molly. She is very bright. However she uses that brightness to achieve inappropriate results that indicate bias and an "I'll show U " mentality. To that end, she is a naughty judge. She is not alone on the bench.

This woman is beyond contempt she has infringed on my civil rights, she has infringed on the civil rights of many, people should be very afraid to have someone as ignorant as this on the bench. She has earned a name for herself this week across WI (not a nice one either) and far beyond as the nation is watching the people she violated in court, there is nothing honorable about what she has done. She should be ashamed. Hooked on phonics might help her, reading abilities she clearly did not review any constitutions that were before her, is that not her job? I will share this site with as many as I can so that they too can see her rating and by they I mean those folks who vote her in or OUT!

She is a total idiot. How she got in her position is very questionable. Because of her professional???? verdict she has now breeched all aspects of my personal privacy. If I have any issue with fraud this so called JUDGE will be responsible. I just want to add that I am not the only one...People of Polk County be aware of what you have in your court house.

This woman should not be on the bench. Her bias is beyond clear in many cases that she has had before her. She has waisted the time and money of hundreds of people due to her in ability to admit the truth. Took her 15 months to determin she had no jurisdiction in the first place. Her pride was a bigger determing factor than the truth. Shame on her. Shame on her for not being more frugal in this day and age it is easy to be wasteful when you are dealing with other peoples money. If she does not retire I certainly hope that she is not re-elected.

I was a law enforcement officer for 23 years. I appeared in many court rooms and in front of many judges. I have a lot of experience in dealing with people who tell the truth and those who do not and it has become an art with me to be able to tell the difference. Judges and other court officers demand that those appearing in court to tell the truth. That rule of law obviously doesn't apply to judges. Recently, I sat in Judge GaleWyrick's court room and listened to her tell an outright lie, how she had "read every word" of a case presently before her. It was so obvious to me that she in fact, had not done so. In addition, she has been stringing along the litigants on both sides of a civil case involving religion. Both lawyers are getting wealthy over this case. In addition, she thinks the case is about money and is missing the entire point of the case. Furthermore, her mind was made up quite awhile ago. I honestly don't know how that woman can look at herself in a mirror, much less deserve to be sitting on a bench in a "court of law." No wonder, people have lost faith in "the American justice system. I am thoroughly ashamed to admit that I even know Judge GaleWyrick.

Applies personal opinion inappropriately.
Has no problem denying justice if she is prejudiced against the defendant or complainant.
A very poor choice for a judge.

I had no voice. Her mind was made up before the trial started. I had proof I was never allowed to show. I was not allowed equal time. I have lost all faith in a just system. Six months of work and gathering evidence all for naught. Over in five minutes. I don't believe she understands or cares about the lives she affects. Clearly biased, poor vocabulary.

I am appalled at her lack of professionalism as well as, her clear bias in the case that I was present for as a spectator. She completely retracted her first ruling and punished those involved in the because she lacked clarity in her initial ruling. She then told them it was their misunderstanding. What a shame.
I find it very frigthening that a judge who affects the lives of so many can so clearly display bias and what I personally view as unethical behavior in a court of law.

its really unfortunate there is not negative numbers because 1 is much more then she deserves

This Judge has violated many constitutional rights, is very bias and showed an otherwise lack of ability (if it was not a lack of ability than it was clearly a strait forward personal attack). the ruling this Judge made was of poor decisions based on feelings/distaste not evidence and has prompted me to make a Youtube video with all the concrete evidence as well as names, addresses and all otherwise public information. This Judge should do everyone a favor and step down so a more experience person can oversee many of the mishandled cases.

I jst had my kids taken away and ordered to have no contact because my 13 year old has a unloaded BB gun in his room. That and the fact she lied out right saying she would not make any such decisions for about a month. Being pressed for time she passed this judgement but failed to let me respond in my defence. There was a police officer in the court room that after I walked out told ny brother, boy I would be pissed. What they just did to him is not right.

Honestly? Hours late at times. Extreme bias favoring the Plaintiff. Improper grammar and legal term usage. Overrules every single defense objection and sustains ever single prosecution objection. Avoid at all costs!
