This judge doesn't even hold up his own court orders. He continually make threats with no follow threw.

Vlack might give a sentence after 8 years of back and fourth only to change his mind 2 days later and reverse his decision. He actually enforced an order that he himself put in place people and held a dead beat parents responsible maybe I wouldn't struggle month to month making ends meet with my kids.

He is the reason there is a problem with today's family court system. Here I am 2 years after a divorce and still living paycheck to paycheck because of what I was forced to fork over to my ex because of his decision. Here's the biggest problem, his decision to award her almost $2000 a month, was not legal. I was in such a difficult spot financially, I couldn't afford to appeal, so I didn't get a chance to have his ass brought back to court to explain why he was so quick to screw me over. I ever see him out an about in St. Croix county, he'll wish he would have ruled differently.

This guy is a criminal pure and simple. He has allowed my children to suffer from abuse. Since December of 2014 He has been required by law to disqualify himself from this case but has refused, he is also on record telling me that he will not be disqualifying himself either. He needs to be behind bars not a bench.

He is arrogant, has no morals or common sense, and lacks the basic concept of right and wrong. Oh I almost forgot, he is a liar as well.

Comments:
Not only was his decision unfair, he blatantly decided to not adequately explain his decision to award maintenance, equalization, or child support to someone who clearly didn't need it. In Time based on his decision, I will be filing bankruptcy simply because he is incapable of seeing an overall financial picture. How this man has been able to retain a position as a judge is beyond me.
